Personal information we collect

Information about you that we get from the third party connected applications

If you use or access any of Streetgamesriga Services on connected third-party applications or connect our Services to any third-party applications, Streetgamesriga may receive certain information about you from the provider of the third-party application. The information we receive depends on the Streetgamesriga service you're using, the third-party application and your privacy settings.

For example, Streetgamesriga may collect and store some or all of the following information shared by the provider of the connected third-party application:

· Your first and last name.
· The login e-mail you provided to that third-party application when you registered with it.
· Your physical location and that of the devices you use to access our Services.
· Your gender.
· Your date of birth or age range.
· City-level location.
· Information about your activities on or through the connected third-party application.
· Other publicly-available information on the third-party application.
· Any other information that you or the provider of the third-party application share with Streetgamesriga.
· Information from payment processors: when you make payments in our Services, our third-party payment processor will collect the billing and financial information it needs to process your charges. This may include billing and payment information, your Apple ID number for Apple, your postcode and state for Google and user ID. Streetgamesriga does not collect or store your financial information, like credit card numbers. However, Streetgamesriga payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like your name, billing address and the items purchased to fulfil your order.
· Information from mobile measurement partners, we receive information from third parties to allow us to track the performance of our marketing campaigns and to detect fraud in such campaigns. This includes advertising ID, IP address, location and transaction information.

Cookies and automated information collection

What are cookies and how are they used?

A cookie is a small piece of data transferred to your mobile device or computer for record-keeping purposes and enable us to provide certain features and functionality.

In some cases, we will connect this information with your social network ID or Streetgamesriga user ID.

Information about you that you share with us directly

When you use our Services (whether through a 3rd party application or through Streetgamesriga directly), you may give us information directly (for example, when you're setting up your account) and we will store that on our systems and use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Our services may use a more traditional registration or account set-up process where you may be asked to give us some or all of the following information:

· Your first name.

Information you generate when using our in-app and website communication services

· Chatting with other users.
· Recording photos or videos.

You acknowledge and expressly agree that we may access in real-time, record and/or store archives of these communications, comments, photos and videos and other media on Streetgamesriga servers to make use of them to protect the safety and well-being of our users and Streetgamesriga rights and property in connection with our Services; to conduct research; to operate, improve, personalize and optimize our Services and our users' experiences, including through the use of analytics; and to manage and deliver contextual advertising.

How we use your personal information

The main use of the information we collect and store is to provide you with the Services you request from us and to improve your experience in addition to other uses. More, in particular, the uses for which we collect and store your information include:

Legal basis for processing personal information

We will only collect, use or share your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy where we are satisfied that:

· Our use of your Personal Information is necessary for communicating with you, for answering your request or question and concerns.
· Our use of your Personal Information is necessary to support legitimate interests that we have as a business to provide our Site, Services and interactive applications for mobile devices to our customers, provided it is conducted, at all times, in a way that is proportionate, and that respects your privacy rights.
· Our use of your Personal Information is necessary to comply with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation that we have. (for example, to maintain appropriate business records, to comply with lawful requests by public authorities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise required by law).
· You have provided your consent to us using your Personal Information for that purpose.

How we share personal data we collect

We may disclose or publish aggregated information (information about you and other users collectively that is not intended to specifically identify you, for example, users between the ages of 25 and 30 who live Germany) and other non-personal information about our users for industry analysis, demographic profiling, marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.

In addition, we may share your information (which may include personal information) with third parties (in other words, parties other than Streetgamesriga or allow third parties to collect this information from our Services including:

· Vendors and service providers we rely on for the provision of the Services, for example:

1. Cloud service providers who rely on for data storage, including Google Firebase Services who are based in the U.S.

2. Customer support solution providers, who help us manage and respond to our customer questions and complaints.

3. Web analytics providers we integrate Google Analytics which is used to analyze traffic and other user activity to improve your experience.

· Advertising partners. Currently we are not an add supported service.
· Payment processors: For providing our Services, we use payment processors such as Google (if you run Android on your mobile device) and Apple App Store payments (if you run IOS on your mobile device) to process all other payments. These payment processors are responsible for the processing of your Information, and may use your Information for their own purposes in accordance with their privacy policies as below:

· Law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organisations. We disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, process or request; enforce our terms and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof; detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection).

· Change of corporate ownership. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganisation, partnership, asset sale or other transaction, we may disclose or transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Privacy Practices

If you access any Services through a third-party platform ("Third Party Services"), you must understand that those Third Party Services may collect other information about you (including information you share with them directly or about your use of the Service) in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. The privacy practices described in this Policy do not apply to Third-Party Services. Any links in our Services to Third-Party Services do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third-Party Services.

Security
Although we have in place security measures to maintain the privacy and integrity of your Information, unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We may also take extra steps to protect your information and minimise the Information we process.

Where we process your personal information

Your Information will be processed by our employees and service providers in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Because countries outside of the EEA may have different data protection laws, we take steps to ensure all transfers are protected by adequate safeguards, including the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and, where appropriate, our business partners adhering to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework for transfers from the EEA to the U.S.

How long we store personal information

Your Information is kept for as long as you are registered or using our Service. We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or legal requirements. When deleting Information, we will take measures to make the Information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files which contain Information will be deleted permanently. However, you acknowledge that we may retain some information after you have closed, or we have deleted, your account with us where necessary to enable us to meet our legal obligations or to exercise, defend, or establish our rights. Your rights and how to access, manage and update your personal information.

If you are based in the EEA, Switzerland or are a legal resident of California in the U.S., you have certain rights in relation to your Information. For Californian residents, please refer to Addendum 1 – California Privacy Rights. For EEA and Switzerland based, you will find more information below on when which rights can apply.

As Individuals in the EEA have the following additional rights (please note that these are subject to certain exemptions and in some cases dependent on the processing being undertaken):

You have a right to request that we provide you with a copy of your Personal Information that we hold and you have the right to be informed of; (a) the source of your Personal Information; (b) the purposes, legal basis and methods of processing; (c) the controller's identity; and (d) the entities or categories of entities to whom your Personal Information may be transferred. This right is not absolute. For example, we cannot reveal trade secrets, or give you information about other individuals.

· Right to rectify or erase Personal Information

You have a right to request that we rectify inaccurate Personal Information. We may seek to verify the accuracy of the Personal Information before rectifying it.
You can also request that we erase your Personal Information in limited circumstances where:

1. It is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
2. You have withdrawn your consent (where the data processing was based on consent).
3. Following a successful right to object (see right to object).
4. It has been processed unlawfully.

We are not required to comply with your request to erase Personal Information if the processing of your Personal Information is necessary:

1. For compliance with a legal obligation.
2. For the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
3. Right to restrict the processing of your Personal Information.
4. When we have an overriding legitimate interest to do so, but we will let you know when this is the case.

You can ask us to restrict your Personal Information, but only where:

1. Its accuracy is contested, to allow us to verify its accuracy.
2. The processing is unlawful, but you do not want it erased.
3. It is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. You have exercised the right to object, and verification of overriding grounds is pending.

We can continue to use your Personal Information following a request for restriction, where:

1. We have your consent.
2. To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. To protect the rights of another natural or legal person. Right to transfer your Personal Information.

You can ask us to provide your Personal Information to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or you can ask to have it transferred directly to another data controller, but in each case only where:

1. The processing is based on your consent or the performance of a contract with you, and the processing is carried out by automated means.
2. Right to object to the processing of your Personal Information. You can object to any processing of your Personal Information which has our legitimate interests as its legal basis if you believe your fundamental rights and freedoms outweigh our legitimate interests. If you raise an objection, we have an opportunity to demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate interests which override your rights and freedoms.
3. Right to object to how we use your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.

You can request that we change how we contact you for marketing purposes.

You can request that we do not transfer your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties for direct marketing or any other purposes.

You can ask to obtain a copy of, or reference to, the safeguards under which your Personal Information is transferred outside of the EEA.

We may redact data transfer agreements to protect commercial terms.

We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us first, although you have a right to contact your supervisory authority at any time.

Objection and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent here you previously provided such consent or object to our processing of your Information where we process such information based on our legitimate interests (see above under How we use your personal information). You may exercise this right as follows:

· To stop receiving personalized advertising: (a) on the Website please opt-out in Privacy Settings; (b) for Mobile Applications, please withdraw your consent in the in-app Settings.
· To stop receiving marketing emails: please follow the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email communication.
· To stop receiving push notifications: please change your device or browser settings.

Minors

The Services are not intended for Users who are children, therefore, the Company does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children and does not wish to do so. However, if Children under age of 16 use our Services, we advise that they obtain the permission of a parent or gwardian, and we recommend that parents or guardians clear their cache of coockies and take all other steps mentioned in this Privacy Policy to minimise the data collected. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that children are not using the Site. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from children we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Note that we do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Privacy policy of linked third-party services and advertisers

Where the information is held by a third-party, which are companies other than Streetgamesriga that may link to their websites, online services or mobile applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these Third-Party Services. If you have any questions about how these Third-Party Services use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.

International data transfer

We may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or other third-party service providers across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world (all solely for legitimate business purposes).

We store information about users and visitors to our sites and apps on servers located mainly in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and we may also store this information on servers and equipment in other countries within the scope permitted by applicable law. Personal data collected within the European Economic Area ("EEA") may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the EEA within the scope permitted by applicable law.

The data we hold may also be processed by employees operating outside of the EEA who work for and/or with us or one of our Service Providers or for one of our vendors. This staff maybe engaged in, among other things, (i) the processing of transactions and your payment details and (ii) the provision of support services. Security

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of user information both online and offline. We take steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. These measures vary based upon the sensitivity of your information.

If you have an account registered directly with Streetgamesriga, your profile information is protected by the password you use to access your Streetgamesriga account. It is important that you protect and maintain your Streetgamesriga account's security and that you immediately tell us of any unauthorized use of your account. If you forget the password to your Streetgamesriga account, the Service allows you to request that instructions be sent to you that explain how to reset your password.

When you sign in to your Streetgamesriga account or enter payment information, we or our third-party payment processor use encryption to transmit that information.

Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use of your Personal Information will never occur. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

· Commercial information, including records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, for providing our Services, billing and payment information, your Apple ID number for Apple, your postcode and state for Google. This information is collected directly from you or your device, and from our payment processors.
